All orders are insured and shipped free from our Williamsburg, Brooklyn studio via USPS, Fedex and UPS. Please allow one to five working days from the date that your order is processed for your shipment to arrive. We also offer expedited, overnight shipping. If you require your jewelry to arrive by a certain date, please contact email@example.com or call our boutique at 718.782.1547. We will be happy to take care of your request. Please expect tracking information as soon as your order ships. Feel free to contact us any time for questions or updates on your package.
We also offer worldwide shipping. If you would like to place an order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org or call our boutique at 718.782.1547, and we will be happy to provide an estimate prior to shipping your purchase. Please note, the recipient is responsible for paying all customs and clearance related taxes and duties.
If you wish to exchange or return your online purchase, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Please email email@example.com to receive shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will only accept items that are in their original condition without wear and damage. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and be insured for the full amount before shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage of items that occurs during the return process.
In-store purchases from our Brooklyn boutique may be exchanged for alternative items or store credit, within seven days from the purchase date. We do not issue refunds for jewelry purchased in-store.
