As soon as your order ships, we will send you tracking and carrier information. Once an item ships we are unable to change the delivery method.
Yes, if you wish to exchange or return your online purchase, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase. Please email email@example.com to receive shipping instructions and a Return Authorization Number (RA#). We will only accept items that are in their original condition without wear and damage. All items must be returned in their original packaging, and be insured for the full amount before shipping. We are not responsible for loss or damage of items that occurs during the return process.
In-store purchases from our Brooklyn boutique may be exchanged for alternative items or store credit, within seven days from the purchase date. We do not issue refunds for jewelry purchased in-store.
Not all of our collections are featured online. If you've seen something at our boutique or via social media and would like additional information or purchase information, please contact the store: firstname.lastname@example.org / 718.782.1547. We're happy to complete your purchase and ship your order directly from our boutique.
